AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 23 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO SILVER LAKE IN NEW CASTLE COUNTY.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend Section 2101, Chapter 21, Title 23 of the Delaware Code by striking the words "or in Silver Lake" as they appear in said section.
