AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 18 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO INSURANCE FRAUD.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend Section 2411(b), Title 18 of the Delaware Code, by striking the phrase "clear and convincing" as it appears in the first sentence of subsection (b) and by substituting in lieu thereof the phrase "preponderance of".
