AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 24 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO ADULT ENTERTAINMENT ESTABLISHMENTS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §1613, Title 24 of the Delaware Code, by adding a new subsection thereto as follows:
"(g) No application for a license to operate an adult entertainment establishment shall be received by the Commission within six months following the date upon which an application to operate an adult entertainment establishment at the same location has been denied."
