AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 14 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE DELAWARE TECHNICAL AND COMMUNITY COLLEGE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend Title 14 of the Delaware Code by adding thereto a new §9111 to read as follows:
"§9111. Name of campus in Sussex County.
The Sussex County campus of the Delaware Technical and Community College shall be named 'Jack F. Owens Compile.'"
