SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1
AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 90, TITLE 29 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE ADVISORY COUNCIL FOR CHILDREN, YOUTH AND
THEIR FAMILIES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend paragraph (5), subsection (b), §9008, Chapter 90, Title 29 of the Delaware Code by striking the period (.) at the end of said paragraph and substituting a semicolon (;) in lieu thereof.
Section 2. Amend subsection (b), §9008, Chapter 90, Title 29 of the Delaware Code by adding a new paragraph (6) to read as follows:
"(6) Review and advise the Secretary regarding the Youth Rehabilitative Trust funds."
