AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 41, TITLE 14 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO GENERAL REGULATORY PROVISIONS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §4112(b), Chapter 41, Title 14 of the Delaware Code by inserting the words "to the Youth Division of the Delaware State Police" after the words "reporting requirements" in the last sentence of said subsection; and by deleting the word "section" appearing :n the last sentence thereof, and by inserting in its place the word "subsection".
