AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 25 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO LIEN OF TAXES AND OTHER CHARGES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend Chapter 29, Title 25 of the Delaware Code by adding the following to §2901(a)(1)E before the ";":
", and tines imposed by any court for local building, housing or sanitation code violations in excess of One Hundred Dollars ($100) in total per property; the unpaid amounts of such fines may be added to local property tax billings when authorized by local ordinance".
