BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend Chapter 101 of Title 3 of the Delaware Code by deleting the second sentence of § 10128(h) thereof and substituting in lieu thereof the following:
"An individual making application for a license to participate in or be employed at a meet held by a licensee shall be fingerprinted by the Commission or the Commissioner's designee for purposes of a criminal history record check. Each individual shall be responsible for all costs related to the fingerprinting and criminal history check "
