AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 21, TITLE 21, DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO PROCESSING AND PAYMENT OF INSURANCE BENEFITS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §2118 (b), Chapter 21, Title 21, Delaware Code by inserting the words "in writing" between the word "notified" and the word "by" as they appear in the first sentence of subsection (b) of Section 2118 B.
