AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 41, TITLE 21 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO RULES OF THE ROAD TO CLEARLY SPECIFY THAT THE ACT APPLIES TO DRUG OFFENSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §4177A(a), Chapter 41, Title 21, Delaware Code by
striking the phrase "which substantially conforms to the charge of as it currently appears and substituting in lieu thereof the phrase or local jurisdiction or the District of Columbia which prohibits".
Section 2. Amend §4177H(a), Chapter 41, Title 21, Delaware Code by
striking the phrase "which substantially conforms to the provisions of the foregoing code sections".
