AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 23, TITLE 19 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. AMEND §2312, Chapter 23, Title 19, Delaware Code, by
striking existing paragraph (d) in its entirety and in lieu thereof substituting the following:
"(d) For the purpose of this section, volunteer fire company and volunteer firemen shall also include junior members, Ladies Auxiliary members, volunteer ambulance companies of this State, volunteer ambulance company members and members of the University of Delaware Emergency Care Unit."
