AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 33, TITLE 24, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO THE BOARD OF VETERINARIANS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §3307(a)(3), Chapter 33, Title 24, Delaware Code by
striking therefrom in its entirety the second and last sentence thereof.
