AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 63, TITLE 18, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO HEALTH SERVICE CORPORATIONS AND THE FILING OF ANNUAL REPORTS.
8E IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §6307(a), Chapter 63, Title 18, Delaware Code, by
striking the word "June" as it appears therein and by substituting in lieu thereof the word "March".
