AN ACT TO AMEND AN ACT BEING CHAPTER 457, VOLUME 60, LAWS OF DELAWARE, AS AMENDED, ENTITLED "AN ACT TO REINCORPORATE THE TOWN OF MILLSBORO" TO PERMIT THE SALE OF BONDS BY PUBLIC OR PRIVATE SALE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE (Two-thirds of all members elected to each House thereof concurring therein):
Section 1. Subsection (9), Section 34(a), Chapter 457, Volume 60, Laws of Delaware, as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by striking out all of the said Subsection (9) and substituting in lieu thereof a new Subsection (9) to read as follows:
"(9) The bonds may be sold at either public or private sale. If it is determined to sell the bonds at public sale, the bonds shall be offered for sale to the best and most responsible bidder therefor after advertisement in a manner to be prescribed by the Town Council."
