AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 7, TITLE 4, DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO SHIPPING OF ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR BY THE MANUFACTURER OR IMPORTER.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE (Two-thirds of all members elected to each House thereof concurring therein):
Section 1. Amend §718(b), Chapter 7, Title 4, Delaware Code by striking said subsection in its entirety and substituting in lieu thereof the following:
"(b) If alcoholic liquor is to be shipped to a point within or without this State by the manufacturer or importer thereof, the shipment shall only be made by common carrier, by vehicle owned or hired by the manufacturer or importer, or employee thereof, under the rules of the Commission. 'Shipped' as used in this subsection shall mean any movement of alcoholic beverage to any location other than the manufacturer's or importer's storage location."
