ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 13, TITLE 2 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO EMPLOYEES OF SUBSIDIARIES OF THE DELAWARE TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE

DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §1325(3), Chapter 13, Title 2 of the Delaware Code by inserting, in the third sentence thereof, between the words "insurance" and "plans", the words "and deferred compensation"; and by inserting, in the fourth sentence thereof, between the words "insurance" and "programs", the words "and deferred compensation".
