AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 42, VOLUME 53, LAWS OF DELAWARE, AS AMENDED, ENTITLED "AN ACT AMENDING, REVISING AND CONSOLIDATING THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF SEAFORD" RELATING TO THE DUTIES OF CITY MANAGER.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE (Two-thirds of all members elected to each House thereof concurring therein):
Section 1. Amend Chapter 42, Volume 53, Laws of Delaware, as amended by striking the first sentence of the third paragraph of Section 15(B) in its entirety and by substituting the following in lieu thereof:
The City Manager shall render to the City Council as part of the budget process a true, accurate and detailed account of all monies collected or received by the City during the prior fiscal year."
