AN ACT TO AMEND AN ACT ENTITLED AN ACT MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE EXPENSE OF STATE GOVERNMENT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 1992; SPECIFYING CERTAIN PROCEDURES, CONDITIONS AND LIMITATIONS FOR THE EXPENDITURE OF SUCH FUNDS; AND AMENDING CERTAIN PERTINENT STATUTORY PROVISIONS", BEING HOUSE BILL NO. 350 OF THE 136^TH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:

Section 1. Amend Section 1 of House Bill No. 350 of the 136^th General Assembly of the State of Delaware by striking the figure "$72,843.8" as it appears on line 19, page 24 of said Bill and inserting in lieu thereof the figure "$52,843.8".

Section 2. Further amend Section 1 of Nouse Bill No. 350 of the 136^th

General Assembly of the State of Delaware by recomputing all totals and subtotals as they appear in said Bill.
