AN ACT TO AMEND AN ACT ENTITLED "AN ACT MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE EXPENSE OF STATE GOVERNMENT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 1991; SPECIFYING CERTAIN CONDITIONS AND LIMITATIONS FOR THE EXPENDITURE OF SUCH FUNDS; AND AMENDING CERTAIN PERTINENT STATUTORY PROVISIONS", BEING SENATE BILL NO. 500 OF THE 135TH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend Section i of Senate Bill No. 500 of the 135th General Assembly of the State of Delaware by striking the figure "53,245.1" as it appears on line 18, page 24 of said Bill and inserting in lieu thereof the figure "47,545.i".
Section 2. Further amend Section 1 of Senate B111 No. 500 of the 135th General Assembly of the State of Delaware by recomputing all totals and subtotals as they appear in said Bill.
