AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 59, TITLE 11 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO CERTAIN FINES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §5917(a), Title 11, Delaware Code by deleting the amount "$100" as it appears therein, and by inserting in lieu thereof the amount "$1,000".
