AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER B7, TITLE 3 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO MEAT AND POULTRY INSPECTION LICENSING FEES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE (three-fifths of all members elected to each House thereof concurring therein):
Section 1. Amend §8709, Chapter 87, Title 3 of the Delaware Code by striking the amount "$10" where it appears therein and by substituting in lieu thereof the amount "$25".
