AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 29 OF THE DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO POST-RETIREMENT LUMP SUM DEATH BENEFITS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §5546 of Title 29 of the Delaware Code by striking the amount 12,000" as it appears therein, and substituting in lieu thereof the amount "$3,000".
Section 2. This Act shall be effective for the beneficiaries or the estates of
decedents dying after June 30, 1987.
