AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 19, TITLE 11 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO POLICE MUTUAL AID AGREEMENTS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend Section 1942(1), Subchapter III, Chapter 19, Title 11, Delaware Code
by inserting the words "and/Or the University of Delaware" between the words "Service" and "enabling" as such words appear therein.
Section 2. Amend Section 1942(3), Subchapter III, Chapter 19, Title 11, Delaware Code
by inserting the words "and/or the University of Delaware" between the words "Services" and "In" as such words appear therein.
