AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 56, TITLE 29 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO PENSIONS FOR MEMBERS OF THE STATE JUDICIARY.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section I. Amend §5603 (2) (W. Chapter 56, Title 29, Del. C. by deleting the phrase
"the maximum pension" as It appears therein and substituting In lieu thereof the phrase "the pension".
