AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 13 Of THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend Subsection 513 (f), Chapter 5, Title 13, Delaware Code, by deleting the words "mailed by certified mall return receipt requested" as those words appear in the first sentence of said subsection.
