AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 9, CHAPTER 70, SECTION 7004 OF THE DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO THE PROCUREMENT OF SERVICES OR SUPPLIES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Title 9, Chapter 70, Section 7004 (c), subparagraph of paragraph 17 is hereby amended by striking the figure "$2.500" where it appears and inserting in Lieu thereof the figure "$5,000".
