AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 90, TITLE 29 DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE COMPOSITION OF THE DIVISIONAL ADVISORY COUNCILS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF SERVICES FOR CHILDREN, YOUTH AND THEIR FAMILIES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §9008 (c), Chapter 90, Title 29 of the Delaware Code by striking the last sentence In its entirety and substituting in lieu thereof the following:
"(e) Appointments to each Council shall also include at least one member who as a child received services specified in §9003 (3); and at least one parent or guardian of a child served by the Department at the time of appointment."
