AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 50, TITLE 29 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE DELAWARE DEVELOPMENT OFFICE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend Section 5009, Chapter 50, Title 29 of the Delaware Code by striking subsection (a) In Its entirety and substituting in lieu thereof the following:
"(a) The Director and all employees of the office shall be exempt from Chapter 59 of this title."
