AN ACT TO AMEND SUBCHAPTER IV, CHAPTER 10, TITLE 14 OF THE DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO NOMINATIONS OF SCHOOL BOARD MEMBERS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §1075(1). Chapter 10, Title 14, of the Delaware Code by adding at the end thereof the following sentence:
"In computing the time period prescribed above, if the last day of the period so computed is a Saturday. a Sunday or a legal holiday, then the period runs until the end of the next day which is not a Saturday. a Sunday or a legal holiday."
