AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 52. TITLE 30, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO THE DEFINITION OF MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER THE MOTOR CARRIERS FUEL PURCHASE LAW.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend 5202(3). Chapter 52, Title 30 of the Delaware Code by striking in the first sentence the phrase "means a passenger vehicle that has seats for more than 9 passengers in addition to the driver." and substituting in lieu thereof the following phrase:
"means a bus operated by a common carrier with seating capacity greater than twenty (20) passengers,."
