AN ACT TO AMEND AN ACT BEING CHAPTER 237, VOLUME 51, LAWS OF DELAWARE, AS AMENDED, ENTITLED AN ACT TO REINCORPORATE THE TOWN OF BRIDGEVILLE" TO GRANT AUTHORITY TO THE TOWN TO BORROW FOR CURRENT EXPENSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE (Two thirds of all members elected to each House thereof concurring therein):
Section 1. Amend Section 30. Chapter 237, Volume 51, Laws of Delaware, as amended, by striking the figures "$25,000.00" as the same appears in the second sentence of said Section and substituting in lieu thereof the figures "$500.000.00".
