AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 3, TITLE 4, DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO POWERS OF THE DELAWARE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES CONTROL COMMISSION.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §304(a), Chapter 3, Title 4, Delaware Code, by adding a new subsection (16) to read as follows:
"(16) Only require an inventory by a package store licensee if it has evidence to support a finding that such licensee has violated the provisions of this Title."
