AN ACT PROPOSING AN AMENDMENT TO ARTICLE 1 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE RELATING TO THE RIGHT TO KEEP AND BEAR ARMS FOR THE DEFENSE OF SELF, FAMILY, HOME AND STATE, AND FOR HUNTING AND RECREATIONAL USE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE (Two-thirds of all members elected to each House thereof concurring therein):
Section 1. Amend Article l of the Delaware Constitution, by adding thereto a "Section 20" to read as follows:
"Section 20. A person has the right to keep and bear arms for the defense of self, family, home and state, and for hunting and recreational use,"
