AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 68, TITLE 21, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO PENALTIES FOR CERTAIN OFF- HIGHWAY VEHICLES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §6814, Title 21 of the Delaware Code by designating the current 96814 as "§6814(a)" and adding a new subsecUon "(b)" to read as follows:
"(b) Any person convicted of violation of any provision of subsection (a) shall be fined not less than S50 nor more than ;300 and have his or her OHV impounded for a period of 30 days. Impoundment of an OHV under this Subsection shall be at the expense of the owner of the OHV."
