AN ACT TO AMEND AN ACT, BEING CHAPTER 457, VOLUME 60, LAWS OF DELAWARE, ENTITLED "AN ACT TO REINCORPORATE THE TOWN OF MILLSBORO" TO INCREASE THE AMOUNT WHICH MAY BE BORROWED IN ANTICIPATION OF REVENUES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE (Two- thirds of all members elected to each House thereof concurring therein):
Section 1. Subsection 42, Section 30(a), Chapter 457, Volume 60, Laws of Delaware, as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by striking out the words and figures One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00)" wherever they appear and substituting in lieu thereof the words and figures "Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000.00)."
