AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 24, SECTION 2827 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE FILING OF AN ANNUAL REPORT BY THE DELAWARE ASSOCIATION OF PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §2827, Title 24 of the Delaware Code by striking ", the General Assembly' as it appears therein and by adding to the Section at the end thereof, a new sentence which shall read, "The Association shall send notice to the General Assembly that such annual report was submitted to the Governor and the State Auditor."
