AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 84, TITLE 11, DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE COUNCIL ON POLICE TRAINING.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §8402(a), Chapter 84, Title 11, Delaware Code by striking the number "9" as it appears therein and substituting in lieu thereof the number "10".
Section 2. Amend §8402(b). Chapter 84, Title 11, Delaware Code by striking the word "and" as it appears after the word "Governor;" and before the words "the mayor" in the first sentence of subsection (b) and by striking the period "." at the end of the first sentence of subsection (b) and substituting in lieu thereof the following:
"; the Chairman of the Delaware Police Chiefs Council, Inc."
Section 3 Amend §8403(a), Chapter 84, Title II, Delaware Code by striking the word "Five" as it appcars in the fourth sentence thereof and substituting in lieu thereof the word "six".
