AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 380, VOLUME 63, LAWS OF DELAWARE, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO THE TOWN OF LAUREL, TO REMOVE THE MINIMUM ON CAPITAL INVESTMENTS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE (Two-thirds of all members elected to each House thereof concurring therein):
Section 1. Amend Chapter 380, Volume 63, Laws of Delaware, as amended, by striking the following from (b) (6) of Section 15A:
"provided that the project requires a capital investment of at least Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000)"
