AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 81, PART V, TITLE 9 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO PROPERTY OWNED BY A GOVERNMENTAL, RELIGIOUS, EDUCATIONAL OR CHARITABLE AGENCY.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §8103, Chapter 81, Part V, Title 9 of the Delaware Code by adding, at the end of said section, the following sentence:
"Nothing in this subsection shall be construed to apply to ditch taxes, sewer taxes and or utility fees."
