AS AMENDED BY SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1
AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 24 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE PUBLIC NOTICE REQUIRMENTS OF THE BOARD OF LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE, BOARD OF VETERINARY MEDICINE, BOARD OF SOCIAL WORK EXAMINERS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend 5204 (b), Chapter 2, Title 24 of the Delaware Code, by striking the last two sentences beginning with "Notice" and ending with "meeting.' and by inserting in lieu thereof the following sentence:
"Special or emergency meetings may be held without notice provided a quorum is present.
Section 2. Amend §3305 (b), Chapter 33, Title 24 of the Delaware Code, by striking the last two sentences beginning with "Notice" and ending with "meeting'. and by inserting in lieu thereof the following sentence:
"Special or emergency meetings may be held without notice provided a quorum Is present.
Section 3. Amend §3905 (b), Chapter 39, Title 24 of the Delaware Code, by striking the last two sentences beginning with "Notice" and ending with "meeting" and by inserting in lieu thereof the following sentence:
"Special or emergency meetings may be held without notice provided a quorum is present."
