AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 25, TITLE 24, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO QUALIFICIATIONS OF APPLICANTS FOR PHARMACIST LICENSE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section I. Amend §2523 (a) (1), Chapter 25, Title 24, Delaware Code, by adding thereto the following:
"or, in the event that the applicant is a graduate of a foreign school, have graduated and received the first professional undergraduate degree from a pharmacy degree program which has been approved by the Board of Pharmacy."
