AS AMENDED BY HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1
AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 74, TITLE 16, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO THE COMPOSITION OF THE AUTHORITY ON RADIATION PROTECTION.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §7404(a), Chapter 74, Title 16. Delaware Code, by striking the number "4" as it appears in the first sentence of said subsection (a) and inserting in lieu thereof the number "6".
Section 2. Amend §7404(a). Chapter 74, Title 16. Delaware Code, by adding immediately after the words "Medical Society of Delaware" the following:
"one appointee shall be from the Dental Society of Delaware, one appointee shall be a member of the public who does not fall into any of the other catergories for membership on the Board and who has knowledge of and interst in radiation protection,"
