AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 24 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE REGULATION OF SECURITY SYSTEMS AND PROTECTIVE SERVICES AND THE DEFINITION OF SECURITY SYSTEMS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §1201(b). Chapter 12, Title 24 by striking the period "." at the end of the second sentence of said subsection and substituting In lieu thereof the following:
", electronic article surveillance equipment, or money dye systems."
