AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 58, TITLE 29 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO LAWS REGULATING THE CONDUCT OF OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE STATE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend paragraph (d) of §5804 of Title 29 of the Delaware Code by deleting the words "any contract, agreement, sale, or purchase of the value of $25 or more" and substituting in place thereof the words "any contract, agreement, sale or purchase exceeding the value of $2,000 per year."
