AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 31, TITLE 18 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO GROUP LIFE INSURANCE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §3108, Chapter 31, Title 18, Delaware Code, by striking the figures "2,000" and 9,000", and "100" as they appear in the first sentence of subsection (a) and substituting in lieu thereof the figures "5,000" and "2,000" and "500" respectively.
