AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 5, CHAPTER 21 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO SMALL LOAN COMPANIES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend subsection (b) of Section 2108, Title 5, Delaware Code as amended by Chapter 2, Volume 83, Laws of Delaware (previously House Bill No. 28 as amended), by striking the words "pursuant to subsection (d) of this section." which appear immediately after the word "loan" at the end of said subsection (b) and inserting a period (.) after the word "loan".
