AS AMENDED BY HOUSE AMENDMENT NOS. 1 AND 2
AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 1, TITLE 13 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE FEE FOR ISSUING MARRIAGE LICENSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE (Three-fifths of all members elected to each House thereof concurring therein):
Section 1. Amend §108, Chapter 1, Title 13 of the Delaware Code by striking the figure "$5" as the same appears in the first sentence of said section, and substituting the figure "510" in lieu thereof.
Section 2. Amend §108, Chapter 1, Title 13 of the Delaware Code by striking the figure "52" as the same appears In the first sentence of said section, and substituting the figure 44" in lieu thereof.
