AN ACT TO AMEND SUBPART B, SUBCHAPTER II, TITLE 11, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO FIRST DEGREE MURDER.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §636 (a) (6), Subpart B, Subchapter II, Title 11, Delaware Code, by inserting after the words "robbery in the first degree," and before the words "or immediate flight therefrom" the following:
"burglary in the first degree,"
