IN REFERENCE TO ELECTION OF OFFICERS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Senate and the House of Representatives of the 131st General Assembly of the State of Delaware, with the approval of the Governor, that Charles P. Straits is elected to serve as Bill Clerk, and Bernard J. Brady is to serve as Assistant Bill Clerk to the Senate during the pleasure of the Senate.
