AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 69, TITLE 29 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE PROCUREMENT OF MATERIEL AND AWARD OF CONTRACTS FOR PUBLIC WORKS BY STATE AGENCIES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section I. Amend Section 6906 (c), Chapter 69, Title 29 of the Delaware Code by striking the word "deposit" as the same appears in the second sentence of said subsection and substituting in lieu thereof the word "security".
